Order Scheduling
-
An estimated order completion deadline is scheduled based on the date and time that payment or purchase order is received, and the level of priority selected on the order.
-
All production is scheduled based on numerous factors and every order is produced as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Production
-
3D printing is a highly technical process and unexpected production issues can occur which may cause delays.
-
Change order requests after production has begun may not be possible and/or additional charges may be required.

Post Processing
-
All parts are cleaned and post processed in accordance to the options selected.
-
Some surface finish options such as sanding, coatings, and vapor smoothing may require additional lead time.

Quality Control
-
All parts are carefully inspected in accordance with common industry standards for surface quality, mechanical performance, and dimensional accuracy.
-
Overall bounding box dimensions are verified to be within the following tolerances:
-
FDM: ± 0.5% with a lower limit of ± 0.5 mm (± 0.020")
-
SLA/DLP: ± 0.5% with a lower limit of ± 0.15 mm (± 0.006")
-
SLS/MJF: ± 0.3% with a lower limit of ± 0.3 mm (± 0.012")
-
-
Please let us know if your application has requires high tolerances, critical geometry, or a specific surface finish. Dimensional drawing may be requested and additional fees may apply.
